Returns Policy

We hope you love your purchases, but if for any reason you do need to return something to us click here for more information on how to proceed.

What do you do with returned products?

Depending on the reason and the state of the product – we either send them to the ultimate glossgod, or we donate them to local charity functions. No products should go unused! That is a godess-damn waste!

Do you offer makeup artist pro discounts?

How do I track my order?

Please allow between 1-2 Business Days for your tracking number to update once you receive your tracking number by email.
If you don’t see the email in your inbox try checking your spam folder.

Are your products cruelty-free?

Yes, our whole store is cruelty-free! We LOVE our furry friends so much that we even put them on the payroll. Check out their job titles here.

Are your products Vegan?

All the products that we carry in our store is not vegan. As of right now, some of them contains ingredients like beeswax or Lanolin. To make it really easy for you we have made our own certification. If you see this amazing symbol, it is totally Vegan. So now you can shop til you drop without feeling guilty!

My Order Won’t Go Through. What Should I Do?

If you have checked your spelling on all the information, and it still wont go through. Please contact us and we will help you!

Where Is My Order Confirmation?

As soon as your order ships, we will send you an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order.  If for some reason, you did not receive an email, please check that you entered the correct email adress.

Why Was My Order Canceled?

Sometimes the technical GlossGod is not with us, and an unforesen event caused your item to be out of stock! We pray that this doesnt happen again! However, if this happens we will contact you about the cancellation. If you ordered multiple products, we will ship the rest of your order with gods speed!
