Complaints / Chargeback / Cancellation

The receiver is responsible for checking the delivery and the products are unharmed in connection with the receipt of package. In case of any problems with the package or missing goods must a written communication sent to our email within a reasonable time.

Receipt / Order Confirmation

When order placed, you will receive an e-mail with an order confirmation. With the delivery you receive your paper receipt.

Missing orders or defective orders

Cancellation

Prices

By default, all prices include VAT for all countries within the European Union. If you live outside the European Union, please note that the VAT rate for you country may be added to the total price once you reach your method of payment.

Shipping

In Sweden, we have a standard cargo of 39: -. All shipments are sent by mail. Note that the Post’s retention period is 14 days from when the package arrives at your delivery.
