To your mailbox or door

Delivery time: 1-2 weekdays after order is distributed *.
The package is distributed in your mailbox.
If the package does not fit in the mailbox, it will be delivered at your door or in a bag on the outside of your mailbox. You will be notified when delivery at the door or in a bag on the box is completed. If order is delivered at the door or in a bag on the mailbox, the carrier will take a picture for proof of delivery. Please download the Postnord app to follow your order, and get notifications.

We do not take responsibility for packages marked as delivered by PostNord.

To your mailbox or pick up at an Agent

Delivery time: 1-2 weekdays after order is distributed *.
The package is distributed in your mailbox.
If the package does not fit in the mailbox, the package will be sent to the agent who is close to your address. You are notified via PostNord App and via sms / email.

We aim to send out all orders within 24-48 hours. Please note that orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be sent out the following business day.

In case we’re experiencing an unusually high volume of orders shipment may be delayed. If there are significant delays in the shipment of your order we will contact you through e-mail.

If the delivery is delayed (without us notifying you about any delay) please contact us at customercare@glossgods.com.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery for domestic orders are 2-5 business days.

Shipment confirmation

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Unclaimed packages

Unclaimed packages will be charged with the delivery cost of the order. Additionally, 30 SEK will be charged for handling.
