The shipping cost is based on the weight of your package, apart from DHL/UPS which have flat rates. For orders over SEK 750/EUR 135/USD 150, there is always free shipping.

For domestic orders in Sweden, we offer Postnord varubrev, Early Bird varubrev, and delivery to pick-up points with DHL. For international orders, we use UPS or National Post Service.

Yes! For orders over SEK 750, there is free delivery within Sweden. For orders within the EU/US, there is free shipping for orders over EUR 135/USD 150.

We can ship to PO Boxes, if you choose home delivery.

Paypal/VISA/Mastercard/Google Pay/Shop Pay are available as payment methods for all countries.

If you're located in Sweden, Norway, Finland, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Netherlands, Italy, Spain and United Kingdom you can use Klarna.

We do not cover extra charges related to customs or taxes outside of the EU. Please check your country's custom information before purchasing from us. If you have any questions, you are more than welcome to contact us and we will gladly assist you.

orders

We guarantee the integrity of the outer packaging/shipping box of the product at the time of shipment. Please inspect the package upon receiving the order, and document any damages to the outer packaging.

Since most of our products are powder products, breakage can unfortunately happen. Of course, the chance of this happening is very small. We have provided safe packaging for all-round protection of our products.

If this should happen, please contact our customer service as soon as possible, and we will assist you.

If you have not picked up your order from a pick-up point, provided incorrect address information, refused to receive the order, or refused to go through customs clearance and the package is returned, you are responsible for the cost of returning the package.

If the product you received is damaged or lost during the transportation process, please take a photo of the damaged product and the outer packaging/shipping box and send it to our customer support team as soon as possible, and we will be happy to help you.

Do not throw the outer packaging/shipment box away since we need photos of it in order to reclaim your package to the shipping carrier.

To prevent fraud, we will either give you a partial refund to compensate for the damage, or if the damage is too big we will replace the broken item.

Sometimes the carrier update the tracking before the packages have been delivered. Please wait for 24 hours and if the package has not been delivered, please contact us and we will do our best to help you.

If you have chosen home delivery, and the tracking says it has been delivered to the correct address, we do not cover any charges if the package gets lost or stolen. We always recommend our customers to choose delivery to an access point for security reasons.

If you suspect your package has been stolen report it to the shipping company as well as the police.

Please make sure to contact us as soon as possible as we ship orders quickly. If the package has already been packed, unfortunately, we cannot make any changes to your order.

We have a limit of 4 pieces per item to prevent fraudulent orders.

refunds and cancellation

Contact us as soon as possible, and we will try to assist you. If the package has been shipped, unfortunately, we cannot make any changes to your order, but you can make a return as soon as you receive your package.

If you want to return your order, please contact our customer service, and we will guide you further. Please provide your order number and clear information about which items you want to return and why.

When purchasing items from this website, you, as a customer, have the legal right to a 14-day right of withdrawal, which applies when you have received the product you ordered.

You must contact us immediately and no later than within the statutory 14-day period to be able to return the product to us. The product must be unopened and unused. You, as the customer, are responsible for return shipping, delivery, and the condition of the products upon return. Therefore, the products should be sent securely packaged and in their original packaging.

If the product is used or damaged upon return to us, we reserve the right to charge an amount corresponding to the depreciation compared to the original value of the product.

We reserve the right to reject orders after they have been placed. Due to high volumes of fraudulent order attempts, we have automatic order cancellations flagged in our system. If you feel that the cancellation is not valid, please contact us, and we will gladly review your order manually.
