Complaints / Chargeback / Cancellation

The receiver is responsible for checking the delivery and the products are unharmed in connection with the receipt of package. In case of any problems with the package or missing goods must a written communication sent to our email within a reasonable time.

Receipt / Order Confirmation

When order placed, you will receive an e-mail with an order confirmation. With the delivery you receive your paper receipt.

Missing orders or defective orders

Contact us within 14 days of receipt of your item. Therefore, check your package as soon as possible to ensure that everything is delivered correctly.

Received information about this later than 14 days GLOSSGODS reserves the right to refuse the return, replacement or cancellation of a purchase. If you received the wrong item is GLOSSGODS for all shipping costs.

Cancellation

If you change your order immediately after the final order, please contact us immediately. If we have already sent your order can not be canceled, but you may return it to us. The customer is then responsible for return shipping.

Charge-back

If you regret your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receipt of the product. The product must be unopened and unused. Complaint

Prices

All prices are showed with VAT included. Orders will be processed in SEK (Swedish Krona) only. For convince sake international customers can see prices in other currencies until checkout.

Payment information

We use Klarna for Swedish customers and Mondido for International as well as Swedish customers. Both provide secure payments with appropriate handeling.

In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer you the following payment options. Payment is to be made to Klarna:

Get first. Pay later (14 days): The payment period is 14 days from shipment of the goods or tickets/ availability date of the service. The complete terms and conditions you can find here.Slice it: With the financing service from Klarna you can pay your purchase in flexible monthly instalments of at least 1/24 of the total amount (at least 6.95 €) or else according to the conditions stated in the checkout. The instalment payment is due at the end of each month after submission of a separate monthly invoice by Klarna. The payment methods invoice, part payment and direct debit are only available in case of a positive credit assessment. For this purpose, during the order process and handling of your purchase, we forward your data for an address and credit check to Klarna.
