Apply over a sticky primer, we recommend That base Crease Killer eyeshadow base, with a dense eyeshadow brush with patting movements. Or wet your brush slightly before dipping into the shadows. For a soft shimmer look apply with a blending brush. The shadows have different formulas and some of them are best applied with you finger to minimize fallout and really get that extra "Oomph" with the warmth of your finger. Please note that these are highly pigmented and vegan, this can cause to stain your synthetic brushes with lighter bristles.
