Delivery to Mailbox/Door
To your mailbox or door
For domestic orders to mailbox or door within Sweden we offer delivery with DHL.
Delivery time: 1-4 business days after order is distributed *.
The package is distributed in your mailbox.
If the package does not fit in the mailbox, it will be delivered at your door or in a bag on the outside of your mailbox. If you provided your correct contact information, you will be notified when delivery at the door or in a bag on the box is completed.
This delivery option is not insured by us. We do not take responsibility for packages marked as delivered by the freight company. Please choose another delivery option for insurance of your order.

For domestic orders to pick up-point within Sweden we offer delivery with DHL.
Delivery time: 1-2 business days after order is distributed *.
The package is distributed to your closest agent to your address
You are notified via sms / email.

Distributing time
We aim to send out all orders within 2 business days, however it may take up to 10 business days if we are experiencing high order volumes. Please note that orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be sent out the following business day.
In case we’re experiencing an unusually high volume of orders shipment may be delayed. If there are significant delays in the shipment of your order we will contact you through E-mail.
If the delivery is delayed (without us notifying you about any delay) please contact us at customercare@glossgods.com.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery for domestic orders are 2-5 business days.
Shipment confirmation
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.
Unclaimed packages
Unclaimed packages will be charged with the delivery cost of the order, unclaimed package fee and administration fee.
International Shipping Policy
We aim to send out all orders within 24-48 hours. Please note that orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be sent out the following business day.
In case we’re experiencing an unusually high volume of orders, shipment may be delayed. If there are significant delays in the shipment of your order we will contact you through E-mail.
We’re not responsible for your package once it has been marked as delivered by the freight company . We always recommend to choose ship to access point for security reasons. If you suspect your package has been stolen please report it to the shipping company as well as the police.

For International orders to mailbox or door we offer tracked delivery with Swedish Postal Services, that will ship the parcel through the receiving countries postal services.

Shipment confirmation
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been shipped. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
Norway/Finland/Denmark: 3-5 Business Days
UK: 3-7 Business Days
EUR: 4-10 Business Days
USA: 7-15 Business Days
AUS: 10-20 Business Days
Elsewhere: 5-25 Business Days.
Please contact us for a more specific estimated delivery time for your country.
Unclaimed packages will be charged with the delivery cost of the order. Additionally, 250/25 USD SEK will be charged for handling.
Local customs in your country may hold a package for 2-3 days and this is out of our control.
Customs, Duties & Tariffs
Order will ship from Sweden, but may have other production countries.
Customs may apply import duties, taxes, or tariffs upon delivery.
These charges are not included in the product order total and must be paid by the customer directly at glossgods store checkout if delivery includes Delivery Duty Paid - The customer are responsible for entering correct contact information, to make sure that the order can clear customs, and understand that failure to provide complete information may result in delays or extra fees from the carrier or the customs office.
GlossGods has no control over these charges and cannot remove or reimburse them.
By placing an order, you agree to these terms and understand that refusing to pay customs fees may result in the order being returned or destroyed, and that GlossGods is not responsible for any loss due to unpaid tariffs or have any obligation to reimburse you. Any extra costs that occur, due to customer refusal to pay or lack of information from the customer, will be deducted from the order amount before any refunds or repayments.
