Right of withdrawal

When purchasing items from this website you as a customer have the legal right to a 14-day right of withdrawal which is valid once you have received a product that you have ordered.

Utilizing your right of withdrawal

You must let us know if you repent the purchase. The message shall be sent to customercare@glossgods.com. In your message your name, your adress, e-mail adress and order number as well as a clear statement of which items you would like to return and why.

You must immediately and at the latest within the legislated 14-day period after your right of withdrawal message to us send the products back to us.

You as customer account for /pay for return shipping, delivery and the conditions of the products when returning. The products should therefore be sent well packaged and in their original packaging.

Regarding the return amount we reserve the right to withdraw a sum corresponding to the depletion compared to the products original value when used or damaged.

Right of withdrawal does not apply when

  • Products which due to reasons of health or hygiene have been sealed where the seal has been broken by you.
  • Products characterized by sealed picture or audio recordings and where the seal has been broken by you.
  • Products specially manufactured for you custom-made.
  • Services already completed where you explicitly have agreed to the service being commenced without the right of withdrawal
  • Products which deteriorate fast, for example eatables

Reclaims and complaints

We inspect all products that are sent back by you. Should the products still be damaged or incorrectly dispatched when arriving to us we commit to resolving the issue in accordance with current consumer protection legislation without any fee/cost.

You must always contact us for approval before returning a damaged product

The complain must be send immediately after the damage has been discovered.

How to make a reclaim

Any errors or defects shall always be reclaimed to customercare@glossgods.com  where you state your name, your e-mail adress, order number and a description of the issue.

If we are unable to resolve the error or to deliver a similar product we will repay you in accordance with current consumer protection legislation. We will cover return postage when it comes to approved reclaims.

We reserve the right to deny a reclaim if it turns out that the product is not faulty in accordance with current consumer protection legislation. When it comes to reclaims we follow the guidelines set by The National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) in Sweden, see here.
