Vi har ingen officiell PR-lista. Vi tror på att skicka produkter till profiler och influencers som genuint kommer att gilla och använda dem. Därför försöker vi matcha våra lanseringar med relevanta profiler. Vi ser det som slöseri att skicka produkter till personer som inte vill använda dem.

- We aim to dispatch orders within 24-48 hours. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays are processed the next business day. If there are significant delays, we'll notify you via email.
- Due to U.S. tariffs, we place all orders from the U.S. on hold and contact the customer regarding the order and any potential customs fees.
Please check your inbox (and spam folder) for an email from us. - We're not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the freight company. We recommend choosing delivery to an access point for security reasons. If you suspect theft, report it to the shipping company and the police.

Customs, Duties & Tariffs
- Local customs may hold packages for 2-3 days, which is beyond our control.

These charges are not included in the product order total and must be paid by the customer directly at glossgods store checkout if delivery includes Delivery Duty Paid - or directly to the freight company. The customer are responsible for entering correct contact information, to make sure that the order can clear customs, and understand that failure to provide complete information may result in delays or extra fees from the carrier or the customs office.
GlossGods has no control over these charges and cannot remove or reimburse them.
