Where can I buy your products?

Can I resell GlossGods products in my own store?

Your purchase of GlossGods products is only for your personal use. By purchasing GlossGods products, you agree not to resell or distribute such products for any commercial purposes. We may reject or cancel an order if we have reason to believe that your order is not for your personal use.

How can I get on your PR list?

We don't have an official PR list. We believe in sending products to profiles/influencers who will genuinely like and use them. Therefore, we try to match our releases with relevant profiles. We consider it wasteful to send products to people who don't want to use them.

Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide! 🌍 However Exclusions may occur due to freight company limitations & current world issues. If you are unable to checkout please contact us.

Shipping Cost?
  • Based on package weight.
  • Free shipping for orders over SEK 750 (within Sweden) and EUR 135/USD 150 (EU/US).

Shipping Companies?
  • Domestic (Sweden): Postnord varubrev, Early Bird varubrev, DHL (pick-up points).
  • International: UPS or National Post Service.
Do you ship to PO Boxes:

Only if you choose home delivery with UPS

You don´t ship to my country, can I use a forwarding service from another country?

We do not recommend doing that. If we do not ship to a country there is a reason for it. When you use a forwarding service we are not responsible for the goods if it were to dissappear or arrive damaged to you.

FAQ: Order Issues

My product arrived broken, can you help?

Breakage can occasionally happen, especially with powder products, or due to carrier handling.

Please send us pictures of:

- The damaged product

- The packaging/shipping box (the shipping label has to be seen in the pictures. Include pictures of the protective packing material inside of the shipping box.

For faster resolution, email us directly at and include all the documented pictures.

Always keep the freight boxes until we have processed your claim. If you throw them away we may not be able to help you due to shipping company regulations.

My tracking number shows the package as delivered, but I haven't received it. What should I do?

Carriers sometimes update tracking before actual delivery. Wait for 24 hours, and if the package hasn't arrived, contact the shipping company first

  • If they are unable to help, contact us and we will open a claim for you.
  • For home deliveries marked as delivered, we don't cover losses. Report suspected theft to the carrier and police. We recommend choosing delivery to an access point for security reasons.

I want to make changes to my order, what do I do?

Contact us immediately. We process orders quickly, and if it's already processed, we can't make changes.

My order got returned to you, what do I do?

Contact us so we can investigate why it has been returned.

We do not cover the costs for uncollected or incorrectly addressed orders.

I need to change the adress on my order, how do I do that?

Contact us immediately. We process orders quickly, and if it's already processed, we can't make any changes.

I want to cancel my order. What should I do?

Contact us as soon as possible. We process orders quickly. If the order has already shipped, we are unable to cancel the order.

Why was my order canceled?

We reserve the right to reject orders due to high volumes of fraudulent attempts. If you believe the cancellation is unwarranted, contact us for a manual review.

I want to return my order, how do I do that?
  • Contact customer service with order number and return details.

Return Policy:

Within EU: 14-day right of withdrawal from product receipt. Product must be unopened and unused. Customer covers return shipping and product condition.

Outside EU: Unfortunately, We are unable to accept returns from customers outside of the EU.
