Due to U.S. tariffs and customs fees, we place all orders from the United States on hold.
We contact each customer to ensure they are aware of any additional charges and to confirm that they would like us to proceed with shipping. Any additional charges, such as tariffs or customs fees, are determined by the U.S. government and are completely outside of our control. These fees are not set by us, and we cannot influence or waive them.
We always recommend checking with U.S. Customs for the latest information before placing an order.

Return Policy
- We do not offer free returns.
The return fee depends on the original shipping method you selected:
59 SEK for PostNord/Early Bird
82 SEK for DHL
In addition, a 30 SEK administration fee will be applied to cover handling costs.

Cancellations

Unexpected Cancellation
Due to fraud prevention, some orders may be auto-canceled. Contact us if your order has been canceled and you want a manual review.
Uncollected orders
- Unclaimed packages that are returned to us will incur a fee of 250 SEK to cover return shipping and handling costs.
Costs for uncollected or incorrectly addressed orders are the responsibility of the customer.
This includes return shipping fees and handling costs incurred due to the failed delivery.
Please double-check your address at checkout to avoid any issues!
Inspect upon received

Damaged Orders
Damaged Orders: Photograph damaged product and packaging - the shipping label has to be seen in the pictures. Always keep the freight boxes until we have processed your claim. Send everything to our customer support team and they will gladly help you.
Tracking Issues
- If tracking shows delivery but you haven't received it, wait 24 hours then contact us.
- Once we hand over your package to the carrier, we are no longer responsible for its handling or delivery.
If you need to file a claim for a lost package, we require that you submit a loss report (förlustanmälan) both to the shipping carrier and the police.
Please send us confirmation of both reports (a case number or screenshot is fine), and we’ll assist you further from there.
