When you have completed your order an order confirmation mail will be sent to your e-mail address. In the confirmation you will find the information about products, prices as well as your billing and delivery address.

All prices on the website are shown in SEK (Swedish Krona) with 25% VAT included. For the sake of convenience  international customers can see prices in other currencies until checkout.

We reserve the right to price changes caused by price changes from our suppliers, misprints as well as misinformation and we reserve the right to adjust those prices.

Limits of responsibility

We do not take responsibility for any indirect damages which are caused by the products.

We do not accept any responsibility for delays/errors due to circumstances outside the reach of the company. A few examples of these circumstances may be industrial or labor dispute, blaze/fire, war, decisions by authorities/ government bodies as well as attenuated or defaulted deliveries from our suppliers.

Furthermore we do not take any responsibility for possible changes regarding products/product attributes which have been changed by the supplier and other factors beyond our control.

Product Information

We reserve against possible misprints on our website as well as products selling out. We do not guarantee that the pictures of the products reflect the exact appearance of the products. This may be due to different appearance because of  different monitors/screens settings, photo quality as well as resolution. We aim to represent the products as accurately as possible.

Changes in Terms and Agreement

We reserve the right to carry out changes in the terms and agreement at any time. Changes will be published online on the website. The changed terms and agreement is seen as accepted once an order is made or if someone visits the website.

Your personal information is process by us to handle your order as well as in those circumstances where you have agreed to sign up to a newsletter or campaign offers – to adapt marketing for your personal needs.

What information do we store?

To be able to process your order as well as answering questions related to your order (customer service) we store your first name, surname, address, phone number, e-mail address, ip-number and purchase history.

Your information is stored as long as we have legal basis to process your information, for example to fulfill the agreement between us or to comply a legal obligation according to, for an example, accounting legislation.

Legal basis

In conjuction with purchases your information is being processed to fulfill the agreement with you. Marketing, campains and similar dispatchs occurs after your consent.

What information is being shared and for what purpose?

When purchases are being made information with our payment providers is being shared which is your first name, sirname, address, e-mail address and phone number. In addition, if you choose to pay with invoice your personal identity number/social security number may be stored. I

Information is being stored in order to fulfill the purchase and to protect both concerned parties against fraud.

The payment providers we use are Klarna and Mondido.

Regarding Klarna

The payment methods invoice, part payment and direct debit are only available in case of a positive credit assessment. For this purpose, during the order process and handling of your purchase, we forward your data for an address and credit check to Klarna. Freight/Delivery Carrier

In order for us to deliver your orders and complete our end of the agreement we must share specific information with the carrier. What is being shared with the carrier is first name, sirname as well as postal address for delivery. Additionally, e-mail address and/or phone number may be shared for notification.


If you have chosen to subscribe to our newsletter your first name, sirname, and e-mail address are being shared with our newsletter provider. This is necessary in order for us to keep you up to date with information and offers for marketing purpose.

Right to access

You have the right to receive an extract of all your information which is being stored by us. The extract is delivered online in a readable format.

Right to correction

You have the right to request us to update inaccurate information or complete inadequate information.

Right to be removed

You may at any time request to delete the information we have stored about you. There are a few exceptions to this right, for example when the information should be kept for us to fulfill a legal obligation such as accounting legislation.

We use industry standards such as SSL/TSS and one way hash algorithm to store, process and communicate sensitive information such as personal information and passwords in a safe manner.

Right of withdrawal

When purchasing items from this website you as a customer have the legal right to a 14-day right of withdrawal which is valid once you have received a product that you have ordered.

Utilizing your right of withdrawal

You must let us know if you repent the purchase. The message shall be sent to customercare@glossgods.com. In your message your name, your adress, e-mail adress and order number as well as a clear statement of which items you would like to return and why.

You must immediately and at the latest within the legislated 14-day period after your right of withdrawal message to us send the products back to us.

You as customer account for /pay for return shipping, delivery and the conditions of the products when returning. The products should therefore be sent well packaged and in their original packaging.

Regarding the return amount we reserve the right to withdraw a sum corresponding to the depletion compared to the products original value when used or damaged.

Right of withdrawal does not apply when

  • Products which due to reasons of health or hygiene have been sealed where the seal has been broken by you.
  • Products characterized by sealed picture or audio recordings and where the seal has been broken by you.
  • Products specially manufactured for you custom-made.
  • Services already completed where you explicitly have agreed to the service being commenced without the right of withdrawal
  • Products which deteriorate fast, for example eatables

Reclaims and complaints

We inspect all products that are sent back by you. Should the products still be damaged or incorrectly dispatched when arriving to us we commit to resolving the issue in accordance with current consumer protection legislation without any fee/cost.

You must always contact us for approval before returning a damaged product

The complain must be send immediately after the damage has been discovered.

How to make a reclaim

Any errors or defects shall always be reclaimed to customercare@glossgods.com  where you state your name, your e-mail adress, order number and a description of the issue.

If we are unable to resolve the error or to deliver a similar product we will repay you in accordance with current consumer protection legislation. We will cover return postage when it comes to approved reclaims.

We reserve the right to deny a reclaim if it turns out that the product is not faulty in accordance with current consumer protection legislation. When it comes to reclaims we follow the guidelines set by The National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) in Sweden, see here.

Domestic Shipping Policy (Sweden)

We aim to send out all orders within 24-48 hours. Please note that orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be sent out the following business day.

In case we’re experiencing an unusually high volume of orders shipment may be delayed. If there are significant delays in the shipment of your order we will contact you through e-mail.

Unclaimed packages will be charged with the delivery cost of the order. Additionally, 30 SEK will be charged for handling.

 If the delivery is delayed (without us notifying you about any delay) please contact us at customercare@glossgods.com.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery for domestic orders are 2-5 business days.

Shipment confirmation

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

International Shipping Policy

We aim to send out all orders within 24-48 hours. Please note that orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be sent out the following business day.

In case we’re experiencing an unusually high volume of orders shipment may be delayed. If there are significant delays in the shipment of your order we will contact you through e-mail.

Norway/Finland/Denmark: 3-5 Business Days

UK: 3-7 Business Days

EUR: 4-10 Business Days

USA: 7-15 Business Days

AUS: 10-20 Business Days

Elsewhere: 5-25 Business Days.

Please contact us for a more specific estimated delivery time for your country.

Local customs in your country may hold a package

for 2-3 days and this is out of our control.

Disputes and choice of law

In the event where disputes cannot be solves in consensus with the companies customer service and the customer, you as the customer can turn to The National Board for Consumer Disputes in Sweden, see arn.se . Those who live in any other country within the European Union besides Sweden can leave their complaint online at the European Commissions website for settlements in disputes, see http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Disputes concerning the interpretation or application of these terms and agreements shall be interpreted in accordance with Swedish law and regulations.
