Apply over a sticky primer with a dense eyeshadow brush with patting movements. We recommend our That base Crease Killer and brush M06 ! Or wet your brush slightly before dipping into the shadows.

The shadows have different formulas and some of them are best applied with you finger to minimize fallout and really get that extra "Oomph" with the warmth of your finger
